Hoodie under 24 minutes

Yep, in the Westmead 10, the young hoodlum went sub 24 minutes, just seconds behind the Westmead trio including Cotty and Paul Green.

Mark also did a good ride, with Pete bringing up the rear.

Looks like Vince's grandson riding the evening 10s too.

Good ride Alex, I'd better get on the turbo or I'll never hear the last of it if you fininsh ahead of me this season

just like to point out a mistake in your last message you said "if" I finish ahead of you. I belive "when" would be a more sufficent term.

Well done alex, really good time that is.
Well done mark and pete too!

I see Rob hayles rode aswell 8-) You should check out his bike he makes his own little aerodymaics aids wherever he can, like a the bottom of his seat covered in carbon and a carbon skin that goes over his steerer/stem.

I've just worked out that with my current state of aerodynamic drag, I need to produce 73% more power to match Rob Hayles!

A little better is that I need to produce 8.5% more to match Alex. Alternatively, if I keep my power the same I need to reduce my frontal area or my coefficient of drag by 8%. One of course affects the other so this is not quite true, let's say 6%.

I.E. I must train harder!

EDIT: ps - well done Alex, top effort!
